Families and Students: Please review the following forms/information together. The Information Form and Commitment Agreement must be filled out and turned in in order for a student to be considered eligible for one of the show choirs. The Commitment Agreement will be collected at the Audition Workshops and on both audition dates. Having all required forms and materials turned in on time is considered to be a display of responsibility during the audition process.
